Quote Acceptance
We’re making it faster and more secure to close the deal, without a separate e-signature tool.
You can now have customers accept your quotes right from the shared link:
- Your customer clicks Accept on the quote (Pro and Enterprise). A 6-digit code goes to the email on the quote, so only the real customer can accept it, even if the link gets forwarded.
- Both sides get the same record: a receipt for your customer and a notification for you, with who accepted, when, the version and the quote ID.
- Update freely: send a new version anytime. The accepted version stays in force until your customer accepts the new one.
- Full history in one place: every version you’ve sent, with its status, ready to open and print exactly as your customer saw it.
