Bulk Edit Your Pricelist in Excel
QuoteLogic gives you two ways to keep your pricelist current. Pick the one that fits the size of the job.
A few changes: use the Product Editor
Updating five or ten products? Stay in the app:
- Click the Edit icon on any product card, or open the Product Editor from the Action section.
- Changes apply immediately, so your next quote uses the new numbers.
Hundreds of changes: use Excel
A price increase across your catalog, a supplier’s new price sheet, or setting up for the first time all go faster in a spreadsheet:
- Export to Excel: every product on its own row and every field in its own column, ready to sort, filter and fill down.
- Change everything at once: update prices, add products or adjust terms using the Excel shortcuts you already know.
- Upload the full sheet back: it replaces your pricelist, so always start from a fresh export. Part numbers stay exact, leading zeros and all.
- Pinpointed feedback: if a cell needs fixing, QuoteLogic names the exact row and column.
