Logo

Your logo is used as the header image when exporting quotes to PDF. While optional, adding a logo helps reinforce your brand and gives customer-facing PDFs a more polished, professional appearance.

The logo appears at the top of printed and exported documents and is especially useful when sharing quotes with customers, partners, or internal stakeholders.

Formats

PNG, JPG, SVG, and ICO are all supported. SVG is recommended where possible. It stays crisp at any size. For raster formats, PNG with a transparent background is the best option.

Dimensions

Logos must be no larger than 1000px wide and 50px tall. Oversized images are rejected on upload.

Undersized images are accepted but appear blurry on PDFs because they are scaled up to fit the logo area. Export at or near the maximum dimensions for best results, or use SVG to avoid the issue.

File Size

Maximum file size is 15 KB. If your logo exceeds this limit, compress it or export at a lower resolution.

Import

In QuoteLogic, go to Tools → Import. Make changes in your file, then re-import to apply updates. Re-importing applies all your changes and replaces all existing data.
