1. Create products directly in QuoteLogic

If you are a new business, startup, or solo operator without an existing pricelist, you can start inside QuoteLogic.

Click Add Product, enter your product details, and QuoteLogic will create your pricelist as you go. You can add, edit, delete, and organize products over time without needing a spreadsheet first.

This is the fastest way to get started.

2. Import an existing pricelist

If you already manage products in a spreadsheet or file, you can import your pricelist into QuoteLogic.

QuoteLogic supports structured imports using:

• .json
• .csv
• .xlsx

Once imported, your products become part of your QuoteLogic pricelist. From there, you can add, remove, and update products directly in the system.

This is best when you already have product data and want to move quickly.

3. Connect an enterprise pricelist

For enterprise teams, QuoteLogic can connect to your existing ERP, CPQ, or internal product system.

When your source system changes, it can notify QuoteLogic through a secure webhook. QuoteLogic then fetches the latest pricelist, stores the updated file, and associates it with your enterprise account.

All users tied to that enterprise automatically reference the latest approved pricelist.

This is best for companies that need centralized control, system-of-record ownership, and consistent pricing across teams.
