You can configure pricing globally or adjust it at the product level, with all totals updating instantly.

How Pricing Works

Pricing is based on your Pricelist and applied dynamically as you build a quote.

• Base pricing comes from your Pricelist
• Support items are generated using Support Rules
• Adjustments are applied directly within the quote

All calculations are performed in real time.

Global Pricing

Global pricing settings allow you to apply changes across the entire quote.

From the Pricing panel, you can:

• Apply a global discount
• Set term length (e.g. monthly, annual, multi-year)
• Control how pricing is displayed in the quote

Global settings affect all applicable line items.

Line-Level Adjustments

Each product in the quote can be adjusted individually.

You can:

• Modify quantity
• Apply a discount to a specific item
• Override pricing when needed

Line-level changes take precedence over global settings where applicable.

Adjustments

• Credits
• Trade-ins

Adjustments are reflected in totals immediately and are included in the final quote output.
