How Quotes Work

A quote is built from your configured data:

• Support Rules automatically add support items
• Fine Print adds standardized terms and conditions
• Logo applies your company branding

As you build a quote, QuoteLogic applies this logic in real time to ensure pricing and structure remain consistent.

What a Quote Includes

Each quote contains:

• Selected products and quantities
• Calculated pricing and totals
• Automatically generated support items (if enabled)

Quotes are designed to be complete, accurate, and ready to share.

Output

Quotes can be exported as a formatted PDF. They can also be saved and shared as .quotelogic files, allowing quotes to be reopened, edited, or transferred between users.
